Returns Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To get your return request approved, you must upload an unboxing video of the product/parcel.

If you need to return an item, please write an email to info@kimayra.com with the reason for return and the order ID. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note, customers are required to arrange their own return shipping as we do not offer reverse shipment services at this time due to heavy Orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Handwashing Recommended: To preserve the delicate fabrics and intricate embellishments of your ethnic wear, we recommend handwashing them with mild detergent in cold water. Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing to prevent damage.
• Gentle Machine Wash: If machine washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle and place your ethnic garments in a mesh laundry bag to protect them from abrasion. Wash them with similar colors and avoid using bleach.
• Drying: Air dry your ethnic wear by laying them flat on a clean towel or drying rack. Avoid wringing out excess water, as it can distort the shape of the garment. Keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
• Ironing: Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron to press your ethnic wear gently. For embroidered or embellished pieces, iron them inside out or place a thin cloth over them to protect the decorations.
• Machine Wash Cold: For most western wear garments, machine washing in cold water with a mild detergent is suitable. Turn them inside out before washing to preserve the colors and minimize friction.
• Separate Colors: Wash dark and light-colored western wear items separately to prevent color bleeding. Avoid washing them with rough fabrics or items with zippers or hooks that could snag the fabric.

• Spot Cleaning: For small stains or spills, spot clean your garments with a gentle detergent and a soft cloth to avoid unnecessary washing.
• Professional Cleaning: For heavily soiled or intricate garments, consider professional dry cleaning to ensure proper care and maintenance.
